The firm specializes in strategic planning: clients set their goals, and the firm delivers them through an extensive, cross-sector network. Its practice spans immigration, business, litigation, international and space law, and matters affecting Greek Americans—including property, tax, and inheritance issues in Greece—as well as advising Greeks who wish to invest in or start businesses in the United States. The firm also provides registered-agent services and professional interpretation and translation between Greek and English.

Dr. Athina Balta is the Principal Member. She is admitted to the New York and District of Columbia bars and holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy (Space, Science & Technology) from George Washington University, a law degree from the University of Oxford, an LL.M. in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from George Washington University, a B.A. in International Affairs, and an M.A. in International Law and Policy from American University. Born and raised in Greece and having lived in the United States, England, and France, Dr. Balta brings multilingual fluency and broad cross-cultural experience. Her work for government and private organizations in the U.S. and Europe—including NASA, the World Bank, ING, and the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs—has helped her cultivate a powerful professional network and the expertise to handle a wide range of private and government legal and policy matters in both jurisdictions. The firm offers general counsel to diverse businesses, immigration advice and litigation, and legal and policy counsel in the aerospace and defense sectors. Dr. Balta also teaches trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at George Washington University Law School.
